RETURN* & EXCHANGE POLICY
All exchange and return inquiries should be directed to our customer support email address; no exchange or return requests will be welcomed over the phone.
All of our items are given for quality inspections before being delivered, and we also perform a visual check on each item before sending it to the customer.
We make every effort to reflect our items specifically in terms of colour. Minor differences may exist between the image and the real product, which is not always the case.
ITEM QUALIFIED FOR RETURN* OR EXCHANGE
Communicate within five days of receiving the merchandise.
The item should be returned with all labels and tags still attached to the original packaging.
Please verify that the item you are returning is unused, unworn, and unstained.
Please send us a snapshot of the item you want to return.
Please supply us with the order number and delivery address.
Please also include the reason for the return.
After five days from delivery or if the goods are not in the same condition as when you received them, the company reserves the right to refuse a return.
After receiving the returned product, an inspection that will take 24–48 hours will be conducted, after which the return or exchange of the article will be conducted.
Refunds may arrive in the customer's bank account within 5 to 10 days.
Any incorrect info supplied by the client should not be blamed on the company.
Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours after being placed.
Custom orders have no return or exchange policy.
Customised orders do not accept COD.
*Company reserves the right to decide whether the product can be returned. Only manufacturing defect products will be eligible for return.
SHIPPING
We make every effort to give you your preferred goods as soon as possible, which normally takes us 3-5 working days. However, if modification is required, it may take up to ten working days. Please keep in mind that in unusual situations, such as COVID-19, there may be delays, so it may take a bit longer than usual."
